Are You Healthy ??

I think eating habit is important to keep healthy body. Recently, I often go to eat out with my friends, but it is not good for our health. The meals that my mother cooks is the best for health. Also, we have to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is important. Regular eating habit help us keep good body. Now I didn't do this, so I try to have meals three time. Also sleep is important for our health. When I don't sleep and wake up all night, I feel bad and my head feels heavy. However, I basically sleep about 7 hour. It is very good!! I love to sleep, so this side, I am healthy person.

  2. To have enough sleep is very important. I envy you because you sleep about 7 hours. I can't go to bed in early time because I can't finish my homework early ><
